Royal on the Eastside knows that sales might sell the first car, but it is our service department that will keep customers coming back. Accordingly, Royal Volkswagen tries to keep the absolute best factory trained technicians busy in our Service Department. If being a Master Certified Technician is like graduating from the Ivy League, than our lead Volkswagen Technician, Bruce Dauksaus, is a Harvard Grad! He has put in over 100 hours of Volkswagen Factory Training and has been turning wrenches in our service department for almost 20 years. Steve Hudson, our Service Department Manager, worked his way through the dealership, starting as a car washer and working every position in the service department. He knows the business like the back of his hand and will make sure that your Volkswagen is healthy and roadworthy for years to come. Royal on the Eastside also performs maintenance on all makes and models. You didn’t have to buy your car to have it serviced at Royal on the Eastside. It doesn’t even have to be a Volkswagen or brand we represent. We’ll gladly fix and service your GM’s, Honda’s, Toyota’s, Infiniti’s, Lexus’s, or other models. We are a shop full of ASE Certified Technicians who will be more than happy to fix any problem. |
